Our drivers may need to call you to confirm directions, get access to gated communities, or for questions about your order. Please have your phone on, volume up, and answer when they call. How Gift Cards Work

Once you purchase a Gift Card, an email will be instantly emailed to you, containing a Gift Card Certificate. A Gift Card Certificate can then be printed off and given to your recipient as a gift. A Gift Card Certificate contains a 16 digit Gift Card number, expiration date, and the Gift Card holder's name, which can be used like a credit card on the We Deliver website, to be able to redeem the funds from the Gift Card.

How to Order Gift Cards

Click on the GIFT CARDS tab, located at the top of the homepage of www.wedelivercookeville.com, beside the FAQ tab, and then follow the below steps.

Step1:

Enter the first and last name of the person, persons, or organization that you would like your Gift Card recipient to recognize the Gift Cards are being sent from.Also, enter the email address you want the Gift Card Certificate emailed to.Once the Gift Card Certificate is emailed to the email address, it can be printed off as a Gift Certificate.

Step 2:

Enter your recipient's first and last name, or names.Also, if you want us to email your recipient the Gift Card Certificate, please enter an email address you want the Gift Card Certificate emailed to. If you do not want us to email your recipient the Gift Card Certificate, do not provide an email address.

Step 3:

Decide if you want us to email your Gift Card recipient. We automatically do not email your recipient, but if you want us to, click on the word "yes", and make sure the box encompassing the word "yes" is blue and not red.

Step 4:

Select a Gift Card amount you wish to purchase for your recipient.

Step 5:

If you want a personalized message to appear on the Gift Card Certificate, enter the message.If you do not want a message to appear on the Gift Card Certificate, do not enter a message.

Step 6:

Enter your Credit Card information, to purchase the Gift Card Certificate.
